Discovery
A 30-minute call to understand your problem, your timeline, and whether I can help. No charge.

Scope
I send a written scope of work with deliverables, timeline, and fee. You approve or we adjust.

Execution
I do the work. You get regular updates. If something changes, we talk before it becomes a problem.

Handoff
Deliverables, written summary, and a handoff call. I stay available by email for 2 weeks after.
